At Good Emotions, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
Processing Times:

In-Stock / Pre-Made Products: Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items take between 21 to 42 business days to be produced and shipped.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to this processing timeline. Any attempt to charge back or dispute a payment before the end of the stated processing period will be considered a breach of policy and should be overturned, as the timeframe was clearly stated at checkout.
After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Good Emotions is no longer responsible for the package. This includes but is not limited to:

Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments

Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees incurred upon arrival
